Refund/Return Policy:

For Quality Assurance (QA) Refunds on our machines are not refundable or returnable. If the machine has any quality issues we will solve this immediately. However, if there is any issues with the handles/devices, we will need a video to be sent to our technician to perceive the issue.

Beauty Products: if products are sealed and you want to exchange to a different colour or style, we can definitely exchange to a different style or colour. However, if the product is used and unsealed. It is not returnable or not refundable. Thank you for your consideration.

Sickness/Illness

Please be advised that this is a private home spa. Each patient has a booking at a certain amount of time.
During booking your appointment, there will be a patient form to be filled out and terms/conditions form. These forms are to specify if the client is on any medication. If client is on antibiotics or any medication that relates to any seasonal flu/fever or any symptoms of COVID-19 (year 2020) it will be automatically cancelled.

Please inform the clinical staff if there are any changes in your health prior to your appointment please and thank you.

Sanitize and Cleanliness

Our Med Spa will be cleaned and disinfected thoroughly from top to bottom. New bed sheets and will be disinfecting the machine within every use. If you have anymore questions about this please email us if you have any questions.

Guidelines to follow due to the virus:
1. All Clients should wear masks for all in-person appointments.
2. All clients will be checked with an infrared gun upon entry.
3. All clientele appointments will be spread apart, one appointment at a time.
4. All clients should come ALONE to their appointments if you plan on bringing someone please have them wait in the car.
5. All clients will change into a robe before in-person appointments.
6. Please refrain from booking if you feel any type of illness; cough, fever, cold or etc.
7. All clients should wash their hands before entering the spa.

Invoices

Rich Skin Aesthetics will bill the Patient as agreed upon in the Payment Agreement Contract Details set forth and agreed to by both. Payment will be paid through the invoice (if using credit card) or emt or cash. Tax will be included in the invoice, but if patient decides to pay cash or emt, tax will not be included. Any Fee(s) made to Rich Skin Aesthetics by the Patient will be non-refundable.

Penalities for Late Payments
As of December 1, 2022 All invoices with payment plans will not have a grace period. The payments will be due on the day your payments are scheduled. If your payment is overdue, there will be a flat penalty of 1.5% of the overdue amount.
