Our skin journey program is tailored to address the specific skin concerns of our clients. Throughout the year, we will continually adjust and incorporate services based on the evolving needs of our clients within the range of services we offer.
1st Session (3 sessions): Hydrafacial + skin booster
HydraFacial is designed to help address the excess sebum (oil) and dead skin cells that can lead to breakouts. The treatment may also help clear impurities during skin purging that may happen after deep exfoliation.
2ND SESSION (2 sessions): Glow Alumier MD
OR Zena Algae Peel OR BioRePeel
Dry, Normal, Oily, Dehydrated, Acne, Hyperpigmentation & Aging
Approximately 30 minutes
downtime: 3-4 days (because of the peeling of the chemical peel)
3rd Session (3 SESSIONS): Microneedling Facial OR AEROLASE ELITE NEO (OR ALTERNATE)
Following your hydrafacial and peels, we will introduce a combination of microneedling and Aerolase Elite Neo treatments. This protocol aims to stimulate collagen, rejuvenate your skin barrier, and effectively target acne bacteria while promoting the recovery of acne scars.
Downtime for microneedling: 72 hours.
downtime for aerolase neo elite: minimal
3rd Session (4 SESSIONS): Radio Frequency
After your Microneedling Facial, it is recommended to get RF facial done. This will stimulate collagen + this will also help with anti aging as well.
Last session is a complimentary of any service above depending on the skin concern.

Oral hygiene, Nutrition and Exercise
We do not want to restrict you from delicious food but nutrition, exercise and oral hygiene & hygiene is important.
Booking a 6 month cleaning with your dentist will help give you clearer skin.
Drink a lot of water.
Eat healthier.
Avoid Dairy. Dairy cows are treated with artificial hormones that affect their milk supply. Researchers suggest that those hormones may throw your hormones off balance when you consume milk products. This could trigger acne. Another theory is that the growth hormones already in milk naturally aggravate acne no matter what.
Change your pillow cases + sheets every 3 weeks.
Clean your makeup brushes.
Make sleep a priority to give your body the rest it needs and your acne a chance to heal.
Always wear sunscreen.
Cleanse your skin morning & night.
